With the advent of the Web 2.0, the tourism virtual community has attracted a large number of users who love to travel because of its open and participatory approach. The main source of its content depends on the user’s own travel experience, and then they share them to the travel virtual community for other users. At the same time, with the increasing demand for independent travel by a large number of users, the generation and precipitation of tourism content, such as travel guides and travel notes, are increasingly becoming the focus of mainstream virtual tourism communities. The rise of tourism virtual communities has enabled users to no longer simply obtain information via the internet, but has also become a “producer” of network information. While the dissemination of UGC allows information to be gradually opened, a relatively relaxed network environment provides users with full freedom to publicly express their personal opinions. At the same time, it also provides conditions for the virtual community to collect users. (Wang Zhan, Zhang Hongdao, 2009) UGC Online Travel Website, as an important part of the Chinese tourism market, has a strong grasp of a large number of front user data and meets the characteristics of the current user's personalized needs and shows a strong market competitiveness. First, this paper explains the background, methods and significance of the research. Then from the current status of China's UGC online travel website, we take the UGC travel website----Ma Fengwo website as the case, to investigate and analyze the user experience of the website. In the end, the author will discuss how to increase the user's viscosity, how to improve content quality of UGC travel website in the future, and how to realize long-term operation, so as to provide better services for the majority of independent tourists.
