Abstract

The economic and political relations between the United States of America and the People’s Republic of China are in an escalated dispute since the taking over by President Donald Trump administration. The two countries are interdependent for their growth since the beginning of their relations. The Trade war led to creating a gap between the policymakers, which is damaging the trade and the multinational companies (MNCs) involved between them. A gap was created between policymakers that cased more influence power to the MNCs over policymakers. MNCs have enough influence to steer the economic relationship between the two countries, caused by the growing need for MNCs to the development of the economy. This research is addressing the impact of Multinational Companies over the economic relations between the United States and China, in regards to the influence that MNCs gained through this conflict, to steer the ties between the two countries to the MNCs benefit.
