Abstract

Nowadays the role of online reviews has become more and more important for both hotels and potential guests. As people tend to spend more time on travelling, favourable feedback can be extremely beneficial for accommodation facilities. However, reviews bear both dangers and opportunities. Positive feedback is probable to convince the readers to choose a certain accommodation, while negative feedbacks may dissuade them. This research paper is supposed to answer the question whether online reviews have positive or negative influence on hotels,especially on the Hilton Budapest City.
